Vanilla appoints Nathan Hunt as Head of Finance and Doug Rybacki as Chief Product Officer

Vanilla Strengthens Its Leadership Team with Two Exceptional Hires

Los Angeles, CA,  – Vanilla, the industry-leading Estate Advisory Platform, is thrilled to announce the latest additions to its leadership team. Nathan Hunt joins Vanilla as Head of Finance and Doug Rybacki is joining as Vanilla’s Chief Product Officer.

Nathan Hunt

We are excited to introduce Nathan Hunt as our Head of Finance. Nathan brings a wealth of experience, including a remarkable 19-year tenure at Amazon and Amazon Web Services (AWS). During his time at AWS, Nathan held various progressive finance and business leadership roles working across AWS in financial planning and analysis as well as in AWS business units such as AWS Compute and Enterprise Services and Data Center Infrastructure, Security, and Sustainability.  His financial acumen and experience scaling businesses adds an important dimension to the leadership team.

Nathan holds an MBA from the University of Washington and completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Oregon. He is based in Boise, Idaho.

Doug Rybacki

We are delighted to welcome Doug Rybacki as our Chief Product Officer. Doug is a seasoned product leader with a track record of driving innovation and success in the technology industry. His recent role as Chief Product Officer at UpKeep, a leading cloud-based Asset Operations Management software provider.

Prior to UpKeep, Doug led product and technology at enterprise software firms Conga and Filo as well as a product leadership role early on at DocuSign and at LexisNexis’ File & Serve division. Doug holds an MBA from the University of Washington and a BBA from the University of Texas. As Vanilla builds solutions for multiple audiences and segments, Doug’s expertise will be instrumental in shaping Vanilla’s Estate Advisory Platform and ensuring our products continue to exceed the evolving needs of our clients.
