Getting started with V/AI Copilot

V/AI Copilot is available for every customer and is simple to use. There are multiple ways to use Copilot. For general questions, look for the Copilot icon at the bottom of any Vanilla screen. From there, you can ask questions, analyze documents, or explore planning strategies. 

If you want to use V/AI Copilot on a document to summarize or interact with the document, access V/AI from the Documents tab or from Estate Builder. From there, load V/AI and choose to summarize or chat with the document. 

Pro tip: The more context you provide, the more precise V/AI’s responses will be. Don’t hesitate to ask follow-up questions or refine your queries to get the best results.

Copilot’s assistance doesn’t end with advisors—it’s also available in the Client Portal. With access to document summaries and high-level insights, Copilot ensures clients feel involved and confident throughout the estate planning process.
